My lazy trick for getting around ironing is to bring clothes with me in the bathroom during my shower, so most of the wrinkles steam out.

My other fall back plan if I can’t iron is Downy Wrinkle Release spray. Just a few sprays and a little smoothing, and you can be passable.

Silks and linen don’t hold up too well without ironing though, and usually require the real deal.

I wouldn’t want to blame him for being irritated about that and not putting up with it if I’m a repeat offender because it’s completely justified if he is; his ability or desire to occupy himself aside.

My time in getting ready can be hampered (not by the complexity of what I’m actually doing, which a lot of the time I honestly should put more effort in) but a tendency to get distracted by my own thoughts, not noticing that I’ve not moved for e.g. 10 minutes and then forgetting what I was originally doing. Worse if I’m tired.

I use the braid trick all the time.
